How do I verify the status of my education plan?

When you register for AnasHyeee using your academic .edu email, we'll email you a unique discount coupon to kick-start your plan. Keep an eye on your inbox and click to begin!

If you've already signed up for your AnasHyeee account using a personal email address, please refer to the instructions in this help article to update your registered email to the one provided by your academic institution. After that, you'll receive an email containing a link to activate the plan.

If you haven't received an email within an hour of creating your account or updating your registered email address, we won't be able to verify your status automatically. In that case, you'll need to contact our support team for assistance.

How long can I stay on the education plan? Do I need to renew it?
While you're actively enrolled as a student, educator, or staff member at an academic institution, you can continue using the Education plan. Your verification will remain valid for 12 months, after which you'll need to go through the verification process again. We'll make sure to send you a reminder via email when it's time to re-verify your status.
